The staff was friendly and accessible, and the manager, Brian, went out of his way to ensure I had the perfect room. The king suite was worth every penny, and it felt like a completely different hotel. The location was central to downtown, making it easy to explore. There were plenty of activities nearby, from parades to farmers markets, and I didn't even have to move my car. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. a great place to stay!

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Morgans. the room was tastefully decorated and smelled fresh. It was clean and well kept, and we loved the mounted TV. the water pressure and shower head in the walk-in shower were fantastic. Our highlight was the great water pressure and comfortable sleep. We also had a fantastic dining experience at the restaurant, with freshly prepared food using local ingredients. the hostess and our dinner server were welcoming and attentive. the Sunday brunch offered a wonderful selection of pastries, fruits, and chef-prepared omelettes and waffles. a fantastic experience.

I recently stayed at Capitol Plaza Hotel in downtown Montpelier for a weekend getaway. The room was beautifully decorated and had a fresh scent. The comfortable bed and great water pressure in the walk-in shower were highlights. The hotel restaurant, J.P. Morgan, served delicious meals made with local ingredients. The staff, especially the hostess and our dinner server, were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was amazing, with a variety of pastries, fruits, and chef-prepared omelettes. a cozy, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this historic hotel. The room upgrades gave it a modern touch while still maintaining its old-world charm. The decor was inviting, the staff was super nice, and the food was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the walk-in shower had excellent water pressure. The location was central to downtown and allowed us to enjoy the Fourth of July parade and the Saturday farmers market. we felt valued and well taken care of by the friendly staff.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more hot food options available.

The convenient location of the hotel made it easy to explore the surrounding area. We were just steps away from the capitol building and could easily walk to many nearby attractions. The room and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed. The staff provided excellent service with a smile. I particularly enjoyed breakfast at the hotel, with many delicious options to choose from.

It was a shame that the gym was closed during our stay, limiting our options for exercise.
