Staff members were genuinely friendly and attentive. I loved the unique gift shop and exceptional food from the Amish restaurant. The breakfast area was bright and well-kept. the bed was quite firm, and the jacuzzi jets were a letdown, which was disappointing. It would have been nice to enjoy the fire pit more with proper seating. Despite a few quirks, this place really surprised me in a good way!

My husband, however, had a slip in the bathtub due to the lack of a grab bar at the back of the tub. This incident was quite scary, and I believe additional safety measures should be implemented in the bathrooms to prevent such accidents in the future. The hotel grounds were lovely, but the pool hours were a bit limited, which was a disappointment as I missed the opportunity to enjoy a late-night swim. I also was under the impression from the website that there would be in-house spa and massage services, but unfortunately, these were not available on-site. our stay at the Carlisle Inn was mostly pleasant, with friendly staff and clean accommodations.

The Amish vibes blended nicely with modern amenities like a fully-equipped kitchenette and two flat screen TVs. Loved the cozy common areas and workout machines with pool views. Made some serious gains in both fitness and relaxation. Even had time for some family jigsaw puzzles in our comfortable room. So much to do, so little time!
