We loved the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The parking was convenient and we appreciated being able to park near our room. The location, just off I-90 and close to the Sears center, was perfect for our needs.

We had a great stay at a hotel located in the Chicago area for a family wedding. The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice modern bathroom and good smelling toiletries. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We also liked that there was a little coffee shop on the property, perfect for grabbing a quick caffeine fix in the morning. it was a pleasant experience.

That there was a mystery credit card charge after our stay that we had to deal with. It was a bit of a hassle having to follow up and get it resolved.

The WiFi at the Marriott worked perfectly during our stay, ensuring we were always connected. The room was beautifully decorated and the pool was a nice bonus. As a Marriott member, I didn't have to pay for WiFi, making it even better. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing our family to check in early for a wedding. There were a few things that detracted from our experience. the bathroom doors were oddly designed and didn't provide much privacy.
