During my transit stay at CitizenM New York Bowery, I found the location to be incredibly convenient. With LaGuardia Airport just 20 km away, it made my travel plans seamless. the hotel's provision of complimentary wireless internet access was a great asset, allowing me to stay connected and plan my next journey with ease.

The iPad control of blinds, lights, and TV volume was a little squirrelly and sensitive, causing some minor inconveniences during my stay. However, this was a very minor issue and did not significantly impact my overall experience at the hotel.

I absolutely adored the wall art at the hotel, my dear. It was such a delightful surprise to see the astonishing wall art by 5 Pointz and the curated conversation pieces that adorned the property. The colorful and vibrant design brought such joy to my heart. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was splendid, with everything within easy reach and the common areas providing such comfort and space for us to relax and enjoy. I especially cherished the convenience of connecting my tablet to the TV via Chromecast so I could easily watch my favorite shows and movies.

I would simply ask for larger font sizes in some areas, my dears. It's the only thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people, as it can be a bit challenging to read small print.

Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, which was a relief for us clean freaks. The lack of rugs and the freshly laundered linens made us feel at ease. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a nicely decorated living room area and plenty of space to work. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering amazing views and a great spot for a drink. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with easy access to multiple subway stations and close proximity to the shopping areas downtown Manhattan and other metro stops.

The mesmerizing wall art by 5 Pointz brought the vibrant spirit of Bowery and the Lower East Side to life within the hotel. It felt like walking through a vertical love letter to the neighborhood. The art niches curated with bold conversation pieces were a delightful surprise around every corner. It was like staying in an ever-changing art gallery.

Heating issue during the night.

The rooms were well organized with huge windows, making them feel more spacious than they actually are. the remote controls for all the appliances were very handy. the staff was quick and effective in resolving any issues we had. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to all areas of the city.

The self check-in process made us feel unwelcome, as there was no personal interaction with receptionists. the immediate area of the hotel had a down and out feel, with homeless people and trash on the streets.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the comfortable and personalized rooms at CitizenM Bowery. The amazing views from the room added a touch of luxury to our stay. The ability to control the room with an iPad was a convenient feature. The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes, bars, and shops in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Felt like being home, no reason to complain.

I had a fantastic stay at CitizenM in NY. The hotel's concept is perfect for the city, with a great location near the art district and multiple subway stations. The room was small but had everything I needed and the wifi was excellent. The view from the 18th floor was remarkable and the hotel was quiet with low occupancy. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the homemade granola. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, I even looked for tags to order them!

The hotel has a great vibe, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. It's conveniently located near the Bowery subway station and within walking distance of Soho, Little Italy/Chinatown, and other attractions. The coffee is delicious and the rooms are clean and quiet.

Also, the location of the hotel was fantastic, close to Soho and the best restaurants in the area. It was really convenient to explore the city from this central spot. Lastly, I was impressed with the comfortable bed in my room. It made for a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

I was disappointed with the rooftop space, as it was often overcrowded and noisy due to loud music. It was hard to enjoy the view and have a peaceful experience up there.
