My partner and I stayed at a design-forward hotel with cool mood lighting and iPad controls. The bed was amazingly comfortable and spotlessly clean. I loved the easy check-in and check-out system and the prime location near the rail and Pike Place Market. I recommend this unique hotel experience.

super impressed with citizenm! modern vibe, ipad controlled everything, and the comfiest bed ever. perfect location close to ferries, pioneer square, and baseball. staff was friendly and accommodating, loved the bar downstairs. can't wait to stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location is perfect – close to the waterfront and easy to reach from the airport using public transport. We loved exploring the cool run down area with loads of amazing brick buildings in the area around Pioneer Square. The room amenities were top-notch - from ironing facilities to heating, air conditioning, and am/fm alarm clock, we had everything we needed. The ipad-controlled flat-screen TV was a nice touch. Also, we enjoyed the dining facilities - the restaurant and bar/lounge area were both impressive. The staff was attentive and made our stay comfortable.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Conveniently located modern hotel with friendly staff. Comfortable firm bed and black-out blinds for a good night's sleep. Fun color changing lights in the shower and iPad control for easy room management. Lounge area downstairs has a warm and inviting feel. a funky and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located in a trendy area full of unique brick buildings and close to the waterfront, offering great views. The rooms are modern and clean, equipped with a Smart Home setup to easily control lighting and temperature. Blackout blinds ensure a good night's sleep. Friendly staff allows guests to store bags before check-in or after check-out.

Limited counter space in the room might be an issue for some guests.

As a light sleeper, I absolutely loved the incredibly insulated rooms at this hotel. It made for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a cool run down area with loads of amazing brick buildings. It's also easy to reach from the airport using public transport. it's just near the piers and the famous market. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The lobby area is stylish and comfortable. The shower system in the room is efficient and easy to use. The under bed storage and safe are practical features.

The breakfast could be improved with the addition of local artisan bread, and the cappuccino could have been hotter.

The rooms at Citizenm Seattle Pioneer Square are so comfortable and well-equipped. I loved the air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, and the modern bathroom with a great shower. The sea views from certain rooms were a fantastic touch!

I personally didn't need the safety deposit box in the air-conditioned room.

The hotel was reasonably priced and had excellent value for money. the technology in the rooms was top-notch with smart lighting, black out blinds, and screen sharing. the location was very convenient and accessible to all the main sites and day tour pick-up points. Complimentary features like the giant window and modern amenities added to the overall appeal.

The rooms were on the smaller side and lacked an outlet close to the bed to easily charge phones.

The hotel had a hip and youthful vibe with beautiful decorations. The room had a huge window and was controlled by an iPad. The location was amazing and the staff were super helpful and friendly.
