Great location, close to downtown and walkable to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Also, it is conveniently located near the Marginal Way, allowing for beautiful walks along the coast. the inn itself was clean and the room provided was comfortable.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the inn could use some maintenance and upkeep, as certain areas seemed neglected.

The breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying. it was a delightful experience.

Our Thanksgiving stay had some positive aspects to it. we were impressed with the complimentary coffee that was available every morning. the convenient location of the hotel made it easy for us to explore the town and walk to the beach. we were happy that our room was equipped with a kitchenette, which helped us save some money on meals.

There were some negative aspects to our stay as well. the walls between the rooms were quite thin, and we could hear loud noises from our neighbors, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently situated within walking distance to many places such as the Marginal Way and the shopping area. the staff was also very accommodating, especially when we arrived on a rainy night. Additionally, the breakfast provided was adequate and helped start off the day right.

One aspect that was a bit disappointing was the lack of diversity on the television. the channels primarily consisted of sports and superhero/ghost programs, which may not appeal to everyone.

The value for the money was excellent, and our room was incredibly cozy and clean. The location was perfect, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The breakfast option could be improved by using real dishes instead of paper plates and plastic cutlery.

Only having toast as the hot item for breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially since the toaster was quite slow. It would be great if there were more hot options available to choose from.

colonial inn was absolutely charming and even better than my previous stay in ogunquit. the staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast had delicious pastries and lots of choices. exceeded my expectations!
