We recently stayed at Comfort Inn for a quick overnight stop on our way to Charlotte. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were clean and spacious, with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, and the breakfast spread had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, especially for those taking off early or arriving late on a 2-day car ride. The light switches were easily accessible, making it convenient to control the room's lighting. there were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, providing options for two-party convenience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, offering helpful information and suggestions. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was delicious.

The room had a slight odor, possibly due to a previous guest's incident.

We also enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast options, which included eggs, meat, biscuits, toast, bagels. we had a pleasant experience at Comfort Inn and would highly recommend it to others.

The bathtub seemed outdated and there was mold at the top of the wall around the shower. It may have been prevented if there was an exhaust fan.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to help and provide information about the city. the parking was plentiful, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the lobby and breakfast areas were clean and modern, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It was also a plus to have hot coffee, lemon water, and fresh cookies available 24/7 in the lobby.

The pool and hot tub area could use some improvement and possibly an update. They seemed to lack proper care and maintenance.

we've stayed in hillsville before and comfort inn never disappoints. this time, the breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices, the room was clean and AC worked well, plus the location is great with a park nearby to enjoy walks. comfort inn truly exceeded our expectations during the wedding ceremony we attended.
