The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the grab and go convenience was perfect. the hotel facilities were excellent, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience.

The hotel was very clean inside and out, and the ocean view from our room was fantastic. the individual balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Driving to downtown only took about 10 minutes, which was convenient.

Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke, and the tub was dirty with hairs around it. the shower didn't work properly, and the drain was clogged.

the location was perfect, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere with breathtaking views of Penobscot Bay from our balcony. the friendly and professional staff made our experience even better. Plus, the on-site restaurant served excellent food and provided exceptional service. we were impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and convenience of the property.

The room rate was quite high compared to other properties in the area. Additionally, there was no power backup generator, and when the power went out in the middle of the night, it became hot and stuffy in the room, making it difficult to sleep.

The view from the balcony was fantastic, just like the photos online. We loved watching boats sailing past in the harbor. The room division was perfect for us, allowing us some separate space when needed. The bed was comfortable, and the room felt clean. The hotel amenities, such as the pool, hot tub, and sauna, were nice. The friendly front desk staff made us feel at home.
