She was extremely knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, procedures, and the surrounding areas. Her recommendations were spot-on, and we appreciated having her as a resource during our stay. We loved the quiet and spacious third-floor room with a door connection to the adjacent room. The amenities like the fridge, microwave, and individual room controls were all in good working order. The availability of a luggage cart was a nice convenience, and the free parking made it easy for our party member with a knee injury. The breakfast area was well-stocked with a variety of cold cereals, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, danish. The location was also great, situated in a peaceful residential area close to restaurants and easy access to the highway.

Additionally, the breakfast offered was good and included china plates and metal utensils, which was a nice touch.

One downside was that there was no bar or anything to hold in the shower, making it difficult for senior citizens. the floor in the bathroom was also slippery, creating a safety hazard.
