Unwelcoming Staff: the check-in experience was less than satisfactory, with the staff seemingly unprepared and not welcoming. the promise of bringing towels to the pool was not fulfilled.

Great value for the price and the room was comfortable. The location across from SUNY was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

the location was perfect as it was close to the airport and in a nice area. Being next to the business center made it convenient for us to attend our meetings. Additionally, the rooms had a view of the UAlbany water tower lit up in a pretty purple, which was a lovely sight. Another positive aspect was the excellent service provided by the staff. Despite arriving with 2 tired kids, we were promptly checked in and the staff ensured that our stay was comfortable. We also appreciated that breakfast was included with our rate, making it a convenient and budget-friendly option for our family.

The operations staff even went above and beyond, mailing my forgotten Amazon Fire Stick to me. As young holiday goers, we couldn't have asked for more!

This hotel is conveniently located near the SUNY Albany campus and it has a Dunkin Donuts and a Sunoco nearby. The rooms are clean and well-lit, and the beds are comfortable. The coffee area is nicely stocked, and towels are abundant. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel has an indoor pool and a gazebo.

The hotel's breakfast yogurt and mango kit was not good.

This hotel has an excellent location, close to the airport and to almost everything in the Capitol Region. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, offering late check-out and even helping with navigation around the area using public transportation. The rooms are clean, spacious, and some offer great views like the UAlbany water tower lit up in pretty purple.
