The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was within walking distance to the attractions and venues we wanted to visit. the rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities like a microwave and fridge. the staff was friendly and provided great service.

The hotel was quite expensive and did not include breakfast. Additionally, there were limited dining options within the hotel itself.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, near the bus and train station as well as local shops. The service was amazing, providing dry cleaning, wake up service, and pet amenities. My room was very comfortable, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and saunas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating too.

Binnen enkele minuten waren we in het bruisende stadscentrum van Luzern en het treinstation. Natuurlijk konden we genieten van een schilderachtig uitzicht op de achterafstraatjes van Shanghai. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel met alle benodigde faciliteiten. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Helaas waren er enkele negatieve aspecten van het hotel zoals het douchegordijn dat niet schoon was en de douche die lang duurde voordat het warm was.

The lobby lounge furniture looked dated and could use some updating. More USB points in the lobby would be helpful for charging devices.

I had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard in Buffalo. The location was perfect, right next to the light rail and Canalside. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels in the bathroom. I loved being able to enjoy long walks along the canals even in the cold weather. The proximity to Tim Hortons was a bonus for my morning coffee fix. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and comfort.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Buffalo located in a vibrant area called Canal Front. The hotel staff was professional and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light streaming in through the many windows. The hotel's attention to detail was evident, from the contemporary furniture to the basic amenities provided. I also appreciated the great location, with it being directly across from Canalside and just a short walk to the arena for the Buffalo Sabres game. The hotel's Italian restaurant and the nearby sports bar added to the convenience and enjoyment of my stay.

All in all, I had a satisfactory experience at this hotel.

There were also several historic sites and museums in the area for history buffs. The hotel staff was wonderful, with everyone being helpful, polite, and pleasant. The bed, TV, and shower were all great, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The outdoor seating areas were also a nice touch.
