I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and level of service provided. The staff were professional and helpful, making my stay even more comfortable. The basic amenities in the room were great, and I particularly enjoyed the view of the courtyard. The rooms themselves were well appointed, with high quality beds and clean bathrooms. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The bar at this hotel also deserves a mention, as the 'bistro' food was excellent. I had a very positive experience here.

The hotel had a clean room and a nice pool. The staff was kind and helpful, even giving free water to the kids. They also allowed a slightly later checkout. it was a restful and enjoyable stay.

This hotel stands out from other Courtyard properties with its upscale feel. The lobby, indoor pool, exercise room, and dining area all exude a sense of luxury. It's conveniently located in an industrial area with restaurants nearby, including the popular Waffle House next door.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service at this hotel. The front desk staff, Brienna and Michael, were delightful to deal with, always wearing smiles and providing assistance. The layout of the hotel was also impressive, one of the better courtyards I've experienced. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others based on the great front desk staff and the nice ambiance.

The hotel could improve on minor maintenance issues, such as fixing wallpaper in the bathroom and addressing paint splatter on the picture above the toilet. However, these were minor inconveniences that did not detract from an otherwise positive experience.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Hilliard for my daughter's sports camp at OSU. The hotel was clean, well air conditioned, and had a sturdy and secure door. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean with no unpleasant odors. The staff was excellent, extremely attentive, and the value for the price was above expectation. The location was great, only 15 minutes from the OSU campus.

Convenient location near the interstate, friendly staff, and inviting decor made our stay at this hotel enjoyable during Christmas. the room was clean, functional, and quiet. the common areas were modern and well-appointed, providing plenty of space to relax. We appreciated the good selection of tasty dishes and appetizers offered at the on-site bistro. Moreover, the hotel provided information about nearby restaurants for delivery, giving us more dining options.

One downside was that the pool was open and personally, I did not like that. Additionally, there were a few minor issues such as a front desk person being absent in the bathroom, a lack of coffee condiment packets in the room, and an ice machine on the second floor not working.

We had a fantastic stay at this unique hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great too, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. We especially enjoyed the pool and exercise room, which were well-maintained and provided a great workout.
