Our room at Courtyard was large and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Despite some cleanliness issues mentioned in the database, our room was clean and well-maintained. The friendly and helpful staff, particularly John, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. The modern and well-developed facilities added to the overall positive experience, and the lounge area was a great place to relax. Plus, the hotel's location, although not the closest to other amenities, was still easily navigable. I would recommend this hotel for its spacious and quiet rooms, friendly staff, and clean facilities.

The location of the hotel is in a great neighborhood, close to everything in the Springfield MO area. The staff at the front desk were friendly and provided excellent hospitality. Additionally, the room was clean and well developed, with minimal noise from the outside.

The coffee at the hotel was a bit of a letdown, as it was very bitter and not what I was expecting. there was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the room that made the experience less enjoyable.
