I recently stayed at this Courtyard hotel in Dallas and as someone with physical handicaps, I was pleased with their accessibility features. The staff was friendly and professional, and the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Courtyard in Addison. The room was spacious and comfortable, with convenient USB power sockets for charging my devices. The bed was comfy, and the soft lighting was perfect for working on my laptop. The sink outside the bathroom was a nice touch. The conference facilities were good, although there were some organizational issues. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Tollway and plenty of dining options nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near the comedy show I attended during Christmas. the room was clean and visually appealing, with options to purchase food items like sandwiches and snacks available throughout the day. the bed was comfortable, although I have slept in better ones before.

One downside was the lack of breakfast offered at the hotel. Additionally, it was disappointing that a refrigerator had to be requested and there was no microwave in the room.

Conveniently located near restaurants, the rooms at this hotel are amazing and reasonably priced. The staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. Bed comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The facility was spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were always helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the Starbucks in the lobby that serves food all day and into the late hours. I also loved that the hotel has been recently updated, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The pool was a great amenity, with a covered seating area and BBQ pit available for guests to use. And the location couldn't have been better. It was within walking distance to multiple restaurants, and there was a Walmart just 4 minutes away. Plus, this hotel is in a great area with all the entertainment options in walking distance.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were modern and bright, with fresh decor that made me feel comfortable and at home. The housekeeping staff did a great job in keeping the rooms very clean, and the strong AC was definitely appreciated during the hot weather. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was within walking distance of several restaurants, making it easy to find something to eat nearby.

Only one minor issue I encountered was that the breakfast opened later than what was initially stated. However, overall, everything was up to par and I had a great stay.
