The facilities at this hotel were excellent, with a bar and food available onsite. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable bedding and the spaciousness of the rooms. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the friendly and helpful staff. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find that the hotel had karaoke nights and was located near some great casinos.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay at the hotel. the parking situation was not ideal as valet parking required using a garage located a short distance away.

Great location! We loved the short scenic ride to the hotel and being in the heart of downtown historic Fredericksburg. Our corner room had a fantastic view of the bustling street. The room was clean and comfortable, with cold A/C. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a great lounge with live music. We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic location. Free parking on street for 2 hours. Can move car after 8am to river car park. Nicest town with helpful locals. Great range of restaurants. Much to see for Civil War enthusiasts. A little pricier than out of town options but worth it for the location.

This hotel is perfect for exploring the historic downtown district. Its location is smack in the center of town and within an easy stroll to lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are well furnished with all the comfort items you would expect from a Marriott property. The breakfast available at the "Bistro" is particularly good.
