Basic amenities like hand sanitizer packets and television remote in sealed plastic bags showed attention to detail. Breakfast with small booths to watch TV while having it was also a plus point.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the helpfulness of the staff. the location was very convenient as it was close to several restaurants and retail stores. the bed was comfortable, and I was also pleased with the parking availability.

There were a few issues that lessened my experience. One of the main disadvantages was the lack of a complimentary breakfast, despite what I thought I had booked.

As adults, we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Lori, exceeded our expectations with their friendly and efficient service. We believe she deserves recognition and a promotion!
