The hotel's location in August to the area was perfect, as it was in the heart of Lake George village. I could easily walk to restaurants, shops, public beaches, and boating activities. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities, such as the fitness room and pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable.

We absolutely loved the spacious rooms and beautiful lake view at the hotel. The location was perfect, right on the main road, making it convenient to access drinks, food, and walk along the lake. The staff, especially Marion at the front desk, was incredibly accommodating and professional. We were impressed by Marion's exceptional service and believe she would be a great example for future hires. the hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the parking was hassle-free. The hotel's location close to everything on the main road and away from the pub downstairs made it a great choice for us.

courtyard exceeded our expectations on our honeymoon trip to lake george. upgraded to a lake view room, cozy lodge vibes and festive cocktails at the bar. perfect location, friendly staff, and a pool open till late. definitely our go-to spot for future stays!

I had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard in Lake George. The location was ideal, allowing me to easily explore the village without worrying about parking. The rooms were modern, clean, and filled with natural light. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, especially Alyssa at the front desk. The on-site restaurant, Charlie's, served delicious food at reasonable prices. I loved my lake view room with a balcony, providing breathtaking scenery. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional location, friendly staff, and great amenities.

While the room and common areas were spotless, I was disappointed that there were no microwaves in the room. Additionally, I encountered some issues with the billing process.

The bathroom was also large and well-maintained. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The spotless room and sealed bathroom linens made me feel comfortable and cared for. The beds were comfortable and the balcony with high top table and loveseat was great for relaxation. The location was ideal, with the hotel being right on the main street and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff at check-in and check-out were professional and friendly.

The pool is open from 7am-11pm, perfect for families with late arrivals or early departures. The staff, Becca and Andrew, are friendly and helpful. A convenient and comfortable stay with plenty of amenities nearby.
