Clean rooms, strong shower pressure, and exceptional staff. Lobby area was nice for snacks. Parking lot seemed safe. Comfortable beds and cool air conditioning made for a pleasant stay.

The hotel offers a great balance of away from home hospitality and a convenient location. It is relatively close to Charlotte and is easily accessible via I77. The rooms are spacious and feature big flat screen TVs, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The staff is efficient, courteous, and pet-friendly, making you and your furry friend feel right at home. Although the bar/cafe may have been closed, the grab and go breakfast items provided a decent alternative.

We had an excellent stay at a pet-friendly hotel. The staff was efficient, courteous, and friendly. The room was spacious, with a pull-out couch for our child and plenty of space for luggage. The outdoor area with a coy pond, grills, and seating was a nice touch. We also appreciated being able to watch Netflix in the room. we had a fantastic experience.

I particularly enjoyed the bar/kitchen area where I could grab a drink or cappuccino. the cozy fire pit outside added a nice touch, and I was able to start my mornings with fresh coffee. the location was convenient for the event we were attending. a fantastic stay.

We had easy access to so many awesome attractions nearby. We hit up the NASCAR Race Shops and even got a tour. Then we went to the Mooresville Sports Complex and played some intense games. And let's not forget about Lake Norman, where we had a blast swimming and jet skiing. The location of this hotel was perfect for all the fun we wanted to have!

The only thing we wished for was a bigger party scene at the hotel. We had so much energy and were looking for some late-night excitement.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Moreover, the attention to detail was impeccable, with the staff ensuring that all our perks, as Platinum Elite Marriott members, were initiated without us having to ask. Additionally, the location of the hotel in a large shopping complex was perfect for us, as it provided easy access to the kind of restaurants we enjoy. Lastly, the rooms with king size beds were comfortable and inviting, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after a long day.

The staff at Courtyard Statesville is exceptional, going above and beyond to assist guests. They helped me retrieve a forgotten jacket and even delivered it to me when I was leaving. The manager deserves a raise for his outstanding service. The spacious rooms have amenities like a pull-out couch and Netflix access. The hotel is clean, with a nice outdoor area by the pool, complete with a coy pond, grills, and seating. The shower water pressure is great.

We were there for one night but could’ve stayed longer if needed! Check-in was fast and easy, desk personnel were professional and nice. Room was sparkling clean, bed was comfortable and even when we were on the first floor, it was quiet and we had a good night sleep. We had breakfast in the morning and the cook mixed up our order, as a result, they did not charge us. Lastly, upon returning home, I found out I’d left my AirPods in the bedroom, called about 48 hours later and they had them!! Asked appropriate questions to make sure AirPods were mine and had them shipped within a few hours. Talk about honesty, professionalism and trustworthiness! I’ve left stuff at other/fancy/expensive hotels in larger cities and they never even bothered to call back. So, the hotel's responsiveness is refreshing and speaks highly of the work ethics of the entire team. Thanks!!!

The room was sparkling clean and the staff was very helpful when I needed an extra towel. The outdoor fire pit was a great place to gather with friends. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is in a great location, near many restaurants and close to the town square. Also, it is convenient for travelers heading to Atlanta from Virginia. The rooms are well maintained and clean. There are many facilities such as a Subway restaurant and some other restaurants close by.

Some visitors experienced poor customer service and unclean bathrooms.
