Room cleaning fee was levied despite having to clean the room ourselves before checkout. Another inconsistency was that a free cancellation was requested due to non-check-in, but no call back was received to assist with the situation.

The condo needs some updating and maintenance. the carpet had stains and there were some questionable fixtures.
