Enormous apartment, updated and clean, great ocean view, friendly staff, well-equipped kitchen.

Nothing, it was perfect.

My stay at Crystal Palms Beach Resort was an absolute joy. I had a beautiful room with a large master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and living room were spacious and bright. The sliding doors off the living room and master bedroom led to a lovely balcony with a lounge chair and table with chairs. The pool and hot tub were always clean and inviting. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. I had a wonderful experience and would love to visit again in the future.

The view was amazing, the suite was clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive. The beach access and pool were great amenities.

Rented the family room for a baby shower and the staff was very helpful with a few minor requests. Overall a great experience. Though, there were some minor cleanliness issues.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular areas, but the price increase for crossing the street is hard to justify. The beach is within walking distance, and the hotel has some available facilities.

Noise can be an issue as the hotel is close to the highway.

The building's unique design caught our attention, and we were delighted with the spaciousness of our room, which had two separate bathrooms and an outside sink in one of the bedrooms. The resort's proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants made exploring the area effortless, and we particularly appreciated the fact that we were assigned our own parking space, preventing the need to rush back to the hotel. The option to cook in our fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy a drink on the balcony added to the overall relaxing experience. The helpfulness of the front desk staff and the attentiveness of the housekeeping team made our stay even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the free bus service provided quick and convenient transportation to various destinations, with minimal wait times.

The location of this hotel is convenient, with Treasure Island beach, restaurants, and a Publix grocery store within easy reach. The rooms are spacious and have an open floor plan, providing a comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub are well-maintained, allowing guests to relax and unwind. The kitchen is well-equipped with necessary utensils and the building is well-insulated, keeping noise levels low.

The front desk attendant may not be available after normal business hours, but there is a nearby sister property to assist guests if needed.

We had a wonderful stay here! This place was conveniently located to numerous restaurants and within 1-3 miles of Treasure Island attractions. We loved that this hotel was right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the ocean. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our request for a top floor for a view of the beach. Our room had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV.

We found the street noise to be a bit noisy, but we would still recommend this hotel to our friends.

One of the highlights was the superb location, just a short walk from the beach. Additionally, the pool, though small, was sufficient and provided a quiet and private space for our family to enjoy.
