The recently updated bathroom was clean and bright, with a great shower and vanity. The room with the king bed was spacious and tidy. The friendly staff, like Sammi at check-out, provided helpful information for shopping and things to do. I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the restaurants in the area and the event we were attending that weekend. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, especially the room service, housekeeping, laundry, and taxi service. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks upon our arrival and the room amenities including the in-room safe, heating, air conditioning, sitting area, and tea and coffee-making facilities enhanced our comfort. The hotel also had a beautiful garden furniture and offered free toiletries, hair dryer, bath/shower, and HBO available on the television.

My husband and I recently stayed at Doubletree By Hilton in Richardson for a weekend event. The location was perfect, and the staff at the hotel were excellent - friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, with new decor and all the necessary amenities, including a fully functioning microwave and fridge. We loved the underbed lighting, which provided a nice touch at night. The highlight of our stay was definitely the incredibly comfortable bed and pillows - we had a great night's sleep!

The breakfast buffet was very good with a great cook that made delicious eggs. the business center was useful with good computer equipment available to use. the location was close to important landmarks.

The room that I booked was not renovated yet, and it seemed that the restroom still needed work. the staff was not as attentive as I expected, and the check-in desk was understaffed, causing a long wait to receive room keys.

The staff at Database Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that my husband and I didn't move all night. We would definitely book again soon.
