The room was comfortable, the staff accommodating, and the breakfast enjoyable. The hospitality exceeded expectations with a free upgrade and coupons. The only downside was a small bathroom.

The Rival House restaurant left a bad taste in our mouths, but DoubleTree's manager, Coleen, turned things around. Despite being busy, she personally attended to us, ensuring we felt valued and taken care of. She even declined credit, wanting the entire team to receive recognition. Truly impressive leadership. The location of the hotel was great, easily accessible to nearby restaurants and shops. the room was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed for my business trip.

For the price, the Doubletree gave excellent value with a cozy room and convenient skyway access to the Xcel Energy Center for hockey games and events. The staff, especially Lizzie at the front desk and Rafat the shuttle driver, were helpful and made our stay even better.

The location was convenient for our early check-in at the hospital, and the underground parking was worth the price. The staff provided excellent customer service and the Skyway made it easy to walk to the Excel Energy Centre. Happy hour at the Rival House was a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown St. Paul. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance to the Xcel Energy Center and close to the Green line trains to Minneapolis. Plus, being connected to the skywalk made it so convenient to get around. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my experience was on my schedule. The rooms were clean and tidy, with all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
