We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the rooms were clean and spacious, offering a kitchenette and complimentary wine and cheese. Additionally, being really close to Icon Park and Mystery Sleuths Dinner Theater made our stay even more enjoyable. the staff was hospitable, and breakfast starting at 7:00 AM was convenient for early risers like us.

I recently stayed at Element for a specific event, and my experience was fantastic. the location is incredibly convenient for various activities, with many attractions within walking distance. the complimentary beer, snacks, breakfast, and wine and cheese were delightful surprises. the room was immaculate and equipped with modern amenities like a TV linked to streaming services. the staff were welcoming, helpful, and made me feel at home. the hotel's closeness to essential amenities like a mini-mart and laundry facilities made my stay even more convenient.

Our room was missing some basic amenities upon arrival, like hand soap and enough shower gel. Plus, the thin walls made it difficult to get a good night's sleep when there was loud noise from outside.
