The staff was very friendly and helpful during our weekend stay. the location was convenient as it was close to the airport and had easy access to public transportation. We were also pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel.

There were a couple of issues that were less than ideal. the room was a bit cramped for our family of four, and the amenities provided were not sufficient, such as the limited number of towels and coffee cups.

The Fairfield Inn had a great location close to Flushing, with a complimentary shuttle service that was convenient for shopping and taking the subway. The rooms were comfortable, and the small touches like cookies in the evening were a nice touch. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff provided great service. I would recommend this hotel.
