She allowed me to cancel my reservation without any hassle, showing great consideration for my circumstances. The professionalism and thoughtfulness of the staff truly impressed me. The room was comfortable and modern, and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. a great value and a wonderful experience.
