We stayed at a Fairfield Inn in Rock Hill and had a great experience. the location was convenient with plenty of dining options and gas stations nearby. the rooms were clean and the king suite we had was spacious and well-appointed. the furniture and bed were very comfortable, and we appreciated the modern amenities like the smart TV that allowed us to enjoy Netflix shows. the staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick. the quality and price were excellent, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

As longer term business travellers, we were impressed with the attention to cleanliness at this facility. The individually wrapped apples at the breakfast bar showcased their dedication to sanitation. The breakfast offered fresh and healthy food options. The rooms exceeded our expectations with their cleanliness and the beds were incredibly comfortable. we found the Fairfield Inn to be a great place to stay, just like all other Fairfield Inns we've experienced.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! So much variety and really delicious. Plus, the fact that they offered complimentary apples was a really nice touch. the parking lot was also well-lit, which made me feel safe, and the location was perfect - close to lots of restaurants and shopping. I thought it was a pretty good stay, but there were definitely some negative aspects.

The shower was a major disappointment. It was warm at best, which was really disappointing because I was really looking forward to a nice hot shower after a long day of meetings.

my recent stay at the hotel was exceptional. the staff was kind and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. i especially appreciated the late check out that allowed me to rest before my trip. a small improvement would be to have working USB ports in the room.
