The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even stored my luggage before check-in so I could explore the city. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of popular attractions like the Space Needle and trendy restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable.

One minor downside was the small lobby area, which could get crowded when the shuttle arrived or departed. It was also a bit noisy at times, with doors not being soundproof.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. It was close to all the main attractions in the area such as the Space Needle, museums, good restaurants, and shopping. We were able to walk to most places, which was very convenient. The service and staff at this hotel were exceptional. Every individual we encountered during our stay was friendly, helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory. The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained.

While the breakfast was included in our stay, we found it to be badly overpriced at $21 per person, considering what was available.

Got an upgrade for my birthday. Loved the old style furniture and heavenly pillows. Clean room, didn't use hotel blankets. Expensive food, no free breakfast. Friendly staff, helpful with directions. Comfortable beds, secure parking garage. Informative and kind staff. Well-maintained hotel. Low price, exceptional experience. No noise, best sleep in a while.

Stayed at Four Points for a weekend getaway. Helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, luxurious bed, and great views of the space needle. Secure car parking, complimentary coffee/water/microwave area, and a convenient shop in the lobby. Proximity to the space needle and transportation was excellent, allowing us to easily walk around without any construction hindrance. a fantastic experience!

Totally recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a centrally located hotel in Seattle. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage, which was a huge plus for me and my family. The hotel internet was also reliable and reasonably priced. But the absolute highlight of our stay was the convenient location. It doesn't get much better than being within walking distance of the Space Needle, with a free shuttle to the Pier and easy access to Uber/Lyft for exploring the rest of the city. The hotel staff were pleasant and made excellent restaurant recommendations.

While the hotel had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. using the room key to access the hotel between 7am-7pm and having to rely on the receptionist to buzz us in after hours could be a bit inconvenient at times.

The location of this hotel was great - close to the Space Needle, museums, the Duck, good restaurants, and shopping. We were able to walk to all the Seattle sights we wanted to visit. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and we particularly loved the comfortable bed and pillows.

The hotel offered comfortable beds and pillows, making for a pleasant night's sleep. Additionally, the convenient amenities in the shower area were a nice touch. the hotel's location was also a major plus, with key attractions within walking distance.

One downside was that breakfast was not automatically included in the room price, which was inconvenient for both business and leisure travelers. Another negative aspect was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Four Points. the staff was extremely helpful when our room doors accidentally got locked and they quickly resolved the issue. the rooms were excellent - clean and nicely decorated, with a pleasant smell. the location was good, with the added bonus of a nice, quiet neighborhood to explore. the lobby was inviting, with a cozy gas fireplace. the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and served promptly. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

The hotel facilities were top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provide excellent service. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions in the downtown area. We were also pleasantly surprised by the proximity to a grocery store and the convenience of having it right next door.
