We had a blast on our Easter getaway! the resort grounds were absolutely stunning with beautiful waterfalls and lush gardens. the staff was incredibly friendly and remembered our names even if we didn't remember meeting them. We treated ourselves to a wonderful 90-minute facial at the spa, which left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. One of the highlights was interacting with the rescue birds and getting to pet a friendly cockatoo. the food was delicious, especially at Nobu, and the bartenders at the resort's bar were amazing and super friendly. the sunset cruise arranged by the hotel was a magical experience with breathtaking views and even a sighting of a baby humpback whale. it was everything we were hoping for and more.

The resort offers a variety of activities and the friendly staff at the front desk were always available to help us make arrangements. They even arranged transportation for us to and from activities, with clean vehicles and friendly drivers. The room was ready when we arrived, complete with a warm welcome of cold towels, juice, and flowers. The tennis facilities were outstanding, and the tennis pro, Ryan Winters, was amazing. it was a superb 5-star experience at a reasonable price.
