I had an incredibly enjoyable week at the Four Seasons in Vail. The professional team, from Sales to Events to Banquet staff, made our business meeting seamless. The Sales Manager, Director of Events, and Banquet Manager were exceptional in making our experience easy and memorable. The property itself is beautiful, and Vail is a special place to visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those wanting easy access to the mountain and downtown area. Guests can easily walk to the gondola and downtown, making it convenient for exploring and hitting the slopes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as a walk-in closet and separate drink area. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet is delicious and fills you up before a day of activities. And if you're lucky, you might get a room with a stunning view of the mountains.

Housekeeping could use improvement in terms of restocking amenities and leaving enough towels.

The staff from the concierge to the doorman to the housekeeping staff were professional, kind, and very accommodating. The bartender made the perfect Martini. The use of the resort vehicle was greatly appreciated.

I had an unforgettable wedding reception at this hotel. The terrace outside the Flame restaurant provided a breathtaking backdrop of the mountains. The decorations were marvelous and the food was outstanding. The whole experience was truly magical. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for special occasions.

We also enjoyed the food and drinks at the hotel bar, which had a great atmosphere and friendly bartender.

One downside was that the lobby bar could get quite loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. It would be nice if they could lower the volume or create a more relaxed ambiance.

the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and swimming pools, were all exquisite, and the sun terrace and garden area provided a serene atmosphere. the restaurant had delicious meals with impeccable service. the private facilities in the room were top-notch, offering every comfort.

Location the only downside was the location. Although the hotel provided a shuttle service to the lift, it was still a bit of a walk.
