I had a wonderful stay at a great place in Santa Barbara. The location was perfect and the room was lovely. I especially loved the framed picture in the bathroom, it was so beautiful that I wanted to buy one for myself. The staff were all friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offered free parking, which was convenient. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located with easy beach and restaurant access. Clean rooms with a well-equipped mini kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Ben at reception. Comfortable bed, with a small pool and laundry facilities. Ice machine and buffet breakfast available.

The accommodations were surprisingly spacious and well-stocked with kitchenware, towels, and soaps. the design of the rooms offered plenty of privacy. the staff was helpful and personable, offering excellent service. the location was great, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was a relaxing and quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway.

The outdatedness of the amenities, such as the air conditioning and heating system, was a drawback. the limited breakfast choices were also disappointing.

We loved the bonus room and 3 full queen beds, perfect for a family, especially for the price. The hotel's close proximity to the beach and State Street shopping/restaurants was a major plus. The heated pool, hot tub, and free snacks were also great amenities.

The hotel offered complementary wine and cheese in the evening which was a nice touch and added to the Christmas spirit. the location was perfect, as we could easily walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. We also appreciated the complimentary parking which was a big advantage.

Our room was noisy as we could hear our neighbours talking through the walls. This made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

Great value for money, with easy access to the beach, pier, and seafront. The rooms were equipped with a kitchenette and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was included, giving us a good start to the day.

I recently stayed at the charming Franciscan Inn & Suites for a college tour with my granddaughter. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and shopping area. The Queen Suite provided us with plenty of space and privacy, and I loved that the hotel had unique features and a friendly staff. The cleanliness of the room, along with the recently updated bathroom, made our stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to find an excuse to visit this hotel again.
