I loved the friendly staff and spotless cleanliness. the hotel offered lovely amenities: evening s’mores, hot chocolate, water, apples, and cookies all-day.

Great staff helped me with technical issues on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, parking, outdoor dining, beach access, and more. Coming back for New Year for sure! Ideal stay with all I need.

The Roundtree was everything I could have wished for in a hotel stay. The spacious room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The amenities, like the air purifier and Nespresso machine, added a luxurious touch. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help me find nearby restaurants. The continental breakfast, although lacking warm dishes, was still enjoyable. I appreciated that they accommodated guests who wanted to have breakfast in their rooms. The hotel's pet-friendly policy and well-maintained backyard were a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and a short drive to East Hampton. The afternoon cookies were a delicious treat.

While I had a wonderful stay overall, I did experience some inconvenience due to noise from the room above. The sound control within the room needs improvement as I could hear every step from above.

The hotel's location is perfect - within walking distance to everything you need, including some of the nicest restaurants in town. The spacious and modern rooms were beautifully decorated and well-equipped, complete with high-end amenities like an air purifier and Nespresso machine. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to set up golf reservations and arrange babysitters. The property itself was pristine, with a huge backyard and plenty of seating areas to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The sound control within the rooms needs improvement, as noise from neighboring guests can be disruptive at times.

We loved borrowing umbrellas, wagons, and chairs for trips to the nearby beach. the garden area provided the perfect space for our children to play.

While we had a fantastic stay, the sound control within the room could have been better. We could hear every step of the guests staying above us, which was a minor issue.
