the location was perfect, just a short walk to Duval Street and many attractions. We were also close to Mallory Square and enjoyed watching the sunset there. the staff, especially our host Sammy, were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the breakfast offerings were delicious, with a good variety of choices. the overall atmosphere at the hotel was relaxed and welcoming. Parking was convenient, right next door. Highly recommended!

We had such a fantastic time at this charming place! the location was perfect, close to the port and lots of activities. the staff, especially the manager, were extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. the breakfast on the patio was lovely, and the pool area had plenty of extra towels available. the relaxed atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Old Town. The location was absolutely perfect - close to everything and I was able to walk to all the places I wanted to go. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the manager. They were always willing to help and made my vacation experience even better. The breakfast provided was delicious and I felt like I was dining at a five-star hotel. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable, everything looked brand new. I also loved the small garden and charming atmosphere of the hotel.

Loved lounging by the pool and pretending to read while people-watching. The free breakfast was a great opportunity to master the art of balancing dry cake and muffins on my plate.

Wasn't a fan of the convenience of their late check-in process. It's so much fun to frantically search for keys in the dark after a long day of travel.

He even set us up with bicycles so we could explore the island. the breakfast spread was outstanding, with homemade waffles, parfait yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins. We also loved the cute pool, perfect for relaxing. We were sad to leave and can't wait to return. Special shoutout to Katie the dog and the bottle of champagne for New Year's!

During our recent stay at The Garden House, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the attentive service. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, despite ongoing renovations. The host, Dayana, was exceptionally hospitable and made us feel right at home. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore the nearby docks and Duval Street. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the small pool and lounging on the deck. The updated rooms were tastefully decorated, and the proximity to oceanfront restaurants and main attractions added to the overall charm of our stay. Although parking on the side street was a bit challenging, we managed to find a spot for our vehicle. we had a delightful experience at The Garden House and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Sammy, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. He served delicious breakfasts, provided helpful recommendations, and genuinely cared about our experience. The room was clean and cozy, with a new shower and plenty of towels. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area on foot. The front desk staff was accommodating and even stored our luggage on our last day. We'll definitely be back!

I had an amazing weekend getaway at this charming hotel. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the pier and the bustling Duval Street. The room I stayed in had a lovely island charm and was comfortable. I loved the fact that I didn't need to use my car because everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, particularly Sammy, provided exceptional hospitality. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The rooms were smaller than expected, but the manager made up for it with his excellent service. He was friendly and made us feel like we were old friends. the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. We were able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants in no time.

The doors to the rooms were not programmed correctly, and several guests, including myself, couldn't get in. the office was also a hassle to reach since it was a 5-minute ride away from the hotel.
