Helpful and friendly staff. Lovely décor and comfortable bed. Convenient to amenities like the fitness room. Planning a return trip for the breakfast experience. Cons: Recommend this hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and the helpful staff. the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was impressive. the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Cons: Not a single issue.

The hotel is situated in a great location and is within walking distance of the waterfront, good restaurants, and theater area, as well as having several good options in the area. The room was nicely decorated and had modern amenities. The staff provided exceptional service and were very accommodating to guests' requests. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from, making it a great start to the day.

The hotel did not provide complimentary parking, and guests had to pay extra for parking their vehicles.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect - there were plenty of places to walk to within a few blocks. The staff were courteous and helpful with any questions we had. We loved the little area across from our room that had free water and apples.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the complementary hot chocolate and cookies which were such a treat! the hotel was located in walking distance to some fantastic boutiques and restaurants, making it very convenient for us to explore the city. We also loved the rooftop bar with its stunning views of the city and the sea.

we requested a room with a king bed but were given two queen beds, which was uncomfortable for us. the front desk staff was not very accommodating when we asked to change rooms.
