The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. It made it so easy to explore and visit all the nearby attractions. the views from the balcony restaurant/bar were also amazing, offering a beautiful perspective of the city. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and cheerful, always paying attention to the little details that made a difference in my stay.

One drawback was that the bed was quite high, which made it a bit difficult for me as a short senior citizen with hip implants. It would have been more comfortable if the bed was a bit lower.

We had a pretty bad experience during our city break at this hotel. the service was subpar, our room was not clean enough, and they never bothered to replace our dirty towels.
