We had a fantastic time at Great Wolf Lodge! The water park was a blast, with short wait times for slides. The MagiQuest game kept our kids entertained for hours. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Tailly, the young lady in the fairy costume, was amazing and knowledgeable. The cashier in the store and the young ladies in the coffee shop were nice. The arcade and swimming pool had many nice young people. The story teller and the person in the wolf costume were great. Our 2-year-old granddaughter had an amazing time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Tailly and the cashier, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure I understood how to navigate the quest adventure and provided excellent service. The young ladies in the coffee shop were also very nice. I was impressed by the knowledge and kindness of the employees in the arcade, swimming pool, and even the story teller and the person in the wolf costume. My 2-year-old granddaughter had an amazing time, which was the most important thing to me. The waterpark was fun, and my favorite activity was going down the slides. the hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent, and the location close to the waterpark made it very convenient.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The staff pays attention to detail and offers exceptional service. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The kids loved the bunk beds and the balcony. Breakfast was included and we even got pizza which was a nice surprise.

The water park and rooms were clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. The lifeguards provided excellent supervision to ensure safety. The Balcony/Patio was a great addition. The on-site breakfast had a good variety of options, though it was a bit pricey.

The water park at this hotel was a great treat for my family. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, including an arcade and the MagiQuest game. We also loved the high ceilings in the rooms. the staff was very friendly and always said hi.

The hotel was quite crowded and many of the good entertainment options were not included in the room price. the staff at the front desk was inattentive and it was difficult to get their attention.

The location was great and in close proximity to some of Kansas City's main attractions. the hotel had a great indoor water park that was clean and safe for children.

The towel policy was complicated and resulted in charges that had to be reversed. the rooms were in need of updating and some of the amenities were not functioning properly.

Loved Magi Quest, arcade, friendly staff, accommodating cleaning staff, outdoor pool with bar, charging to room.
