The location right next to the visitor center and close to historic sites made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a very clean and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is excellent - it's within easy walking distance of the historic city center, across the street from the visitor center, and conveniently close to the free shuttle bus stop. It's also great that you can catch the airport shuttle bus and downtown trolleys right across the street too. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and they were very accommodating even when we arrived a few hours early. The rooms were clean and available upon our early arrival, which was a nice surprise.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was satisfactory and there were no major issues.
