The room was always clean and ready by the time we finished breakfast. We also loved the afternoon cookies and the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast staff, particularly Elsie, were exceptional in their hospitality. They truly made us feel comfortable and valued.

We had a blast at this hotel! The location was great and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Paige who deserves a special shoutout for her outstanding niceness. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel was very clean and we felt comfortable throughout our stay.

The breakfast in the presidential suite was delicious, and the view from our room was breathtaking.

We were disappointed to learn that there were no security cameras outside, especially at the valet dropoff. This lack of security made us uncomfortable, and we encountered an unfortunate incident of theft while unloading our belongings.

Despite the ongoing remodeling, I had a peaceful night's sleep and appreciated the effort they put into ensuring a pleasant stay. Although the water temperature could have been hotter in the shower, I understood that they were working on the water pipes and gave them a pass for the temporary inconvenience. I had a positive experience at the hotel and would definitely stay there again.
