We had a comfortable stay at Hampton Inn Long Island. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, recommending great local spots for dinner. The room was exactly as we requested, allowing us to focus on work without any worries. The hotel's location was convenient for our needs. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Hated: The walls were paper thin and I could hear every word from the noisy neighbors next door. the furniture in my room was falling apart, with a gross stain on the mattress and a chair that kept collapsing.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Islandia for a business trip. The front desk staff, especially Maleek, Jackie, and Mikeil, were incredibly courteous and helpful. The shuttle drivers, kitchen staff, and housekeeping were also very friendly. The pool and gym were great, although I didn't have a chance to use them. The lobby sitting/dining area was clean and inviting, and I loved the 24-hour coffee/tea stations. the hotel staff's friendliness and professional courtesy, along with the exceptional cleanliness and breakfast service, made my stay exceptional.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. it offers great value for money with reasonable prices. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and comfortable rooms with king-size beds, to the included breakfast with good coffee. Lastly, the location was ideal, close to restaurants, stores, and the nearby train station.

We stayed at Hampton Inn for two weeks for our granddaughter's wedding. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great and we felt safe during our stay. The continental breakfast was amazing and exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated the fact that there was a Walmart nearby for our convenience. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Hampton Inn to others.

Despite a few minor issues such as a smaller room than expected, a dark bathroom, and the need to ask for extra pillows and blankets, we do recommend this hotel. The coffee maker in the room was small and tricky to use, and the presence of dogs in neighboring rooms was a bit distracting.
