The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of options, perfect to fuel up for a busy day exploring the area. the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, which made our stay comfortable and worry-free. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our visit.

The rooms were uncomfortably cold, with issues adjusting the thermostat in some of them. Additionally, the lack of windows that open in the rooms made it challenging to regulate the temperature and fresh air flow, which affected our overall comfort during our stay.

Breakfast was mind-blowing, with a large, varied, and healthy buffet every morning. The staff were super nice and warmly welcoming, going above and beyond to accommodate us during a difficult time. The hotel was jaw-droppingly clean, modern, and new, with a beautiful fitness center and quiet rooms. The indoor swimming pool was a great bonus, and having a lift and wheelchair access made everything easy and accessible. Plus, pets were allowed and there were plenty of non-smoking rooms available.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Monticello for five nights while visiting family in the area. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire property was immaculate, with modern and well-maintained amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff, including Ricky at the front desk, Glenn who prepared our delicious breakfast, and Callie the night auditor, were all exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the complimentary breakfast had a great selection to choose from, with Glenn taking pride in keeping everything clean and guests happy. The fitness room was well-equipped and the hotel was wonderfully quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

The room was noisy, both from the hall and upstairs, making it hard to sleep. The sliding door for the closet and bathroom was a hazard, as I accidentally got hit by it.

It was also very easy to access. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious with a great selection, and the attendant went above and beyond to cater to the guests' needs. the bed and pillow in my room were perfect, and I slept like a baby. the fitness room was also top-notch with plenty of equipment. it was a quiet and pleasant stay, and the front staff was friendly too. I would definitely come back to this Hampton Inn.
