the room, a Double Queen Suite on the 4th floor, was incredibly spacious with a large desk, sofa, and a modern sliding door that separated the bathroom vanity from the private bath and toilet. It was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the quiet atmosphere. the hotel amenities were impressive, including a great indoor pool, spa, and exercise room. the complimentary breakfast was superb, with a wide range of delicious options. the staff, particularly Angel, who served us during breakfast, was outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and provided helpful information about the food.

During our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Ann Arbor West, we were delighted to have access to free WiFi throughout the hotel. This made it easy for us to plan our Ann Arbor adventures and stay connected with our family and friends. Additionally, we enjoyed the convenience of having Lake Forest Golf Club and Stonebridge Golf Club nearby, where we were able to enjoy some outdoor activities as a family. Moreover, the hotel also provided a unique space that could accommodate close to 100 people, making it a great option for hosting events.

My children wanted to have a pool at the hotel to add to their fun and entertainment.

We were initially assigned a room with poor WiFi coverage, but the staff quickly found us another room with excellent WiFi. The convenient location in a historical German neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and businesses added to our enjoyable stay. The comfortable bed, smart decor touches, and nice bathroom with a quiet sliding door were also highlights. Breakfast offered a good variety of coffees and had early availability. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The water fountains in the swimming pool area were rusted and in need of maintenance. Additionally, the indoor pool area was excessively hot, making it uncomfortable to spend time there.

We loved the updated and useful bathrooms featuring pullout shelves in the vanity and conveniently placed towel hooks. The shower valve location was also a thoughtful touch. The hotel's spacious breakfast room offered a great selection, including fresh fruit, yogurt, and delicious coffee. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and provided great value for the money. I loved the spacious and clean room with a large adjustable TV. The hotel had ample free parking and was conveniently located close to shopping and dining options. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was nice and the breakfast met my needs. The hotel was also in a good location, with easy access to major highways and attractions in the area.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the room was incredibly spacious, the largest I've ever stayed in for its kind. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They truly made us feel welcome and took care of all our needs. Additionally, the hotel provided all the basic amenities we could ask for, including a room with a microwave and refrigerator, which was a convenient bonus. Lastly, the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of choices to suit everyone's tastes.

All in all, everything was great during my stay at this hotel.

The front staff, particularly Eric, was incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfasts were delicious and had a wide variety of options. The concierge gave us early access to the fitness center, which was much appreciated. The staff was friendly, the rooms were well-appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient, being just a quick 5-minute drive to the main University of Michigan campus.
