We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and kind, providing excellent customer service. Damian at the front desk was especially helpful and even remembered our names. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room was comfortable. We enjoyed a great breakfast bar with good food and drinks. Additionally, the location was convenient, allowing us to reach the airport and anywhere in the metro area quickly.

The newly upgraded rooms at this hotel have excellent lighting and a comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The friendly staff, especially the young lady at reception from Dubai, are incredibly helpful and kind. The location is great with easy access to the freeways.

Additionally, the in-room refrigerator was in excellent working condition, keeping our beverages nice and chilled. The breakfast options were limited to breakfast burgers, bagels, and cereal, but they were all tasty and satisfying. The coffee was decent, and we especially enjoyed the sausage and egg burgers. the accommodations and amenities were top-notch, making our stay enjoyable.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Hurst! The beds were firm and comfortable, the AC cooled the room quickly, and the refrigerator worked perfectly. The top floor renovations were nicely done, and the staff, especially the night and breakfast staff, were kind and professional. The hotel amenities, like the enclosed pool, workout room, and fire pit area, were really nice. a clean, comfortable, and spacious room in a great location.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the food options.

Great location for those needing to be near the airport or anywhere in the metro area. The hotel is accessible to the airport at 5am or to return to the airport. The front desk staff was accommodating, giving the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices that pleased everyone. The indoor pool and patio was a plus for indoor relaxation.

Not far from the airport, this hotel is located in a great area, right off the highway and close to DFW Airport. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms with king sized beds are spacious and comfortable. The value for money is excellent, with breakfast included and basic amenities provided.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was so helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Despite a shortage of pool towels, they quickly found towels for us to use. Whenever we needed something, all we had to do was ask at the front desk and they were more than willing to help. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with easy highway access to get anywhere in the metro area quickly. It was especially convenient for us as it was right beside the doctor office we were visiting in the mid-cities area of Dallas Ft Worth. We also loved the spacious room and the fact that it had a sink outside of the bathroom, along with paper towels available. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was outstanding, and the mini fridge and microwave in the room were a great bonus. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options nearby, with great service at each of them. our family slept well and had a wonderful time during our stay.
