The hotel was quite far from the main town of Mystic, requiring a drive to get to most places.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Mystic for a weekend getaway. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The 24-hour coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar, with an inviting sitting area, was a plus. Breakfast was plentiful and there is a small store for a late-night snack. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Additionally, the breakfast included some hot items like eggs, which is a nice touch.

We loved being able to easily access this hotel off the highway, in a commercial area that appeared questionable but was actually quite nice. The staff here was very accommodating and professional, and the breakfast far exceeded our expectations. The waffles were our favorite item, but there were plenty of other food options as well.

There were a few minor issues during our stay, such as the housekeeping overlooking an empty tissue box and some lazy guests leaving the breakfast buffet a mess, but we would still definitely recommend this venue to anyone visiting this area. This hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ironing facilities in our room, as well as an indoor swimming pool and exercise room.

The location is excellent, with easy access to all the nearby attractions. The morning breakfast is a great bonus for families with 2 small kids.

Had a great stay at Hampton Inn. The staff were accommodating in moving us to a more secluded area due to our baby's first hotel stay. Clean room, spacious layout, and comfortable bed. Indoor pool and hot tub were refreshing. Would stay again.

Recently stayed at the Hampton Inn. Great hotel for the price, with a hot complimentary breakfast, always available coffee and tea in the lobby, a convenient shop, workout room, and clean pool. Bedding is thoroughly cleaned between guests, and they provide an extra blanket without needing to ask. Friendly staff and welcoming lobby.
