Clean and spacious room. Breakfast options need improvement.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We also found it convenient to be just opposite the Gaylord convention center. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast provided was fresh and delicious every morning. Additionally, we appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out processes.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and separate sitting area. the bathroom was clean and well-lit. the front desk staff provided excellent service, always greeting us with a pleasant attitude. the breakfast had a good variety of options and there was always plenty of hot water for tea. the location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the National Harbor hotel and conference center.

There was an odd odor in part of the room, specifically near one of the nightstands. It seemed to be coming from a cleaning solution that was sprayed around.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenience of the location, with everything within walking distance and a shuttle to nearby outlets and casinos. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making sure we had an early check-in. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options that changed daily for long-term guests. We also appreciated the friendly and cheerful front desk staff, especially Kimberly, who made us feel welcome.

My stay at Hampton Inn was for a leisure trip to National Harbor and Alexandria. It was a short stay, but the location was excellent for us. We loved the convenience of being just a 2-minute walk away from the circus and the bus depot for trolley tours in DC. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The room size was great and we enjoyed having amenities like a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, and television. The full-length mirrors were a nice touch, and although I missed out on breakfast, I heard it was yummy.

The only small suggestion I have for improvement is to expand the menu for breakfast to include more options.

Pros": This hotel was worth every penny! The room was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Keri and Liz who went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay special. They even surprised us with a sweet note and goodies. The situation of the hotel is really convenient. It's located opposite a conference center and surrounded by some nice restaurants. You can easily have access to everything at the Harbor. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. The service was good, but not exceptional. The breakfast had several options and was satisfying. The hotel had a fitness center and a pool which are plus points.

The hotel was a bit pricey for what it offers.
