I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the business district and just across the street from the casino. Being so close to the action made it convenient and fun to explore. The staff here was incredibly helpful and provided friendly service throughout my four-day stay. From the bellman to the manager, everyone was on point and ready to assist with any request. I felt well taken care of and valued as a guest.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient and offers quick access to various tourist areas and shops in the vicinity. You can take a streetcar ride and explore the New Orleans area. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and decent-sized showers. The coffee makers and mini-fridges in the rooms are a plus.

It would have been better if the hotel had an on-site restaurant for early breakfast service.

The staff was always on point with great customer service throughout the 4 days we were here. They were helpful and gave friendly service from the Bellman to the Manager. The room was beautifully designed and equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and in-room safe. We appreciated the free toiletries and the comfortable sitting area. The hotel also offered 24-hour room service and dry cleaning, which was a great convenience. this venue provided us with a fantastic stay. The hotel had an amazing restaurant and bar/lounge area. The leisure casino and entertainment or facilities were also a welcome treat. We also took full advantage of the paid shuttle service to get around the city with ease. The express check-in/-out feature made our stay even more stress-free. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for high-quality accommodation.

During my stay at the Great Hotel & Casino, I was impressed by the boutique-like ambiance and spacious, well-appointed rooms. The room service was exceptional, delivering the best meals I have ever had. One morning, I indulged in the delicious steak and eggs for breakfast, and late at night, the wings and fries were the perfect snack. The casino offered a wide variety of games, and I had a blast playing my favorites in the evenings. The customer service throughout my stay was top-notch. The hotel offered two great complementary amenities during our stay. Its location was unbeatable, close to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Its luxurious suites came with superb views of the city.

The hotel charged an exorbitant amount for its valet parking. Also, the room service was disappointing on two mornings due to poor food quality and unresponsive staff.
