The location was ideal, away from touristy areas but still a quick streetcar ride to downtown. Staff were friendly and offered great dinner recommendations. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel had charming decor and special touches, like a postcard sent after our stay. Memorable experience. 😊

This hotel is excellent value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, close to the trolley that takes you uptown and to everyplace we wanted to go. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Monica who made our stay wonderful. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with balconies that open onto a charming French colonial style building.

The hotel location in the beautiful garden district, close to the streetcar into town was just great. the helpful and friendly staff made our stay even better. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. Plus, the complimentary breakfast with croissants, orange juice, and coffee was a nice touch.

Although the overall experience was great, the noise from the lobby and the unreliable hot water in our room were a bit disappointing. It was difficult to relax and sleep with the constant noise, and the spotty hot water made showers a bit challenging.

The personal attention and understanding from Monika and the Henry Howard staff exceeded our expectations. We can't wait for our future trip to New Orleans and to stay at the Henry Howard again. I highly recommend this hotel.
