Spacious room with great amenities. Bugs were a minor inconvenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The king suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel facilities were great, including the pool area and the availability of washers and dryers. The location was perfect, being only 20 minutes away from the beautiful Red Rock area of Sedona and close to stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our unit was clean and well-equipped with a spacious, modern bathroom and a large, comfortable bed. We enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong tables, and the resort's location was convenient for exploring the area. we had a great stay.

Some units were not well-maintained, with issues like noisy highways and difficult access for disabled guests. the TV setup was inconvenient, and the tap water tasted terrible.

As backpackers, we loved the fully equipped kitchen and luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi bath at Highlands Resort. The spacious lounge and comfortable bedroom were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Sedona. The swimming pool area was a great spot to unwind, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Spacious rooms with lovely kitchen area and big bathroom. Comfy bed and ample storage. Nice pool, hot tub, and outdoor activities available. Close to several attractions like Sedona, Jerome and Cottonwood, and with great nearby dining options. No sales pitch or mention of timeshare during check-in or check-out.

I couldn't believe the value for the price! Our room at this cozy resort had everything we needed and more. Plus, the location was perfect - close to shopping and just a short drive to Sedona. The staff treated us like VIPs and were always ready to help.

We loved the resort's convenient location near all the attractions we wanted to visit in Sedona. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the amenities provided were excellent. The pool, jacuzzis, and gym were all available for our use, and my boyfriend especially enjoyed being next to the golf course.

The location of this resort was fantastic! Situated next to a beautiful golf course, it was close to many wonderful attractions in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Amazing resort with top-notch amenities and over-the-top accommodating staff. The furnishings were excellent. We had a one-month road trip and decided to stay here for a week before heading back. It was the perfect choice!

We arrived late at night and were disappointed to find that our assigned condo was on the second floor, despite requesting a ground floor unit due to physical disabilities. However, the manager quickly offered us a solution and arranged for us to stay at their sister resort, Sedona Pines. The concierge at Highlands Resort was very helpful throughout our stay, providing information about activities and assisting with our departure. The location of the resort is also great for exploring nearby towns like Sedona and Flagstaff. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this resort to others.
