Friendly and efficient customer service at Hilton Garden Inn. We had an unexpected power outage during our stay, but the staff was quick to assist and even escorted us to our room in the dark. Despite the inconvenience, they remained helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.

My Thanksgiving stay was very enjoyable. the staff were friendly and accommodating. I liked the fact that they offered complimentary breakfast and a happy hour with drinks and snacks. the hotel was situated in a convenient area, close to many shops and restaurants. the room was spacious with ample sunlight which was great for reading. the bathroom was clean and stocked with essential supplies. I appreciated the extra pillows and blankets available in the room.

The noise level in the room was a bit on the high side making it hard to relax sometimes. the absence of a bath towel was a minor inconvenience but, I made do with available hand towels.

The hotel had a great location, making it easy to explore the city. the included breakfast was a nice bonus and added value to our stay. Additionally, the decor of the hotel was modern and appealing, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The check-in process was frustrating, as we had to wait for over 15 minutes before someone was available at the front desk. the amenities were also disappointing - the hot tub was broken and the pool water was cold.

I got great value for my money at Hilton Garden Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for me as it was close to my daughter's apartment. The staff, particularly Tomas and Izzy, were helpful and patient in resolving a mix-up with my reservation.
