This hotel in the Charlotte area was a great find. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail in the rooms, with beautiful decorations and an awesome air purifier, was impressive. The basic amenities were all in place, and the added bonus of complimentary breakfast made it even better.

All aspects of our stay were more than satisfactory.

One minor issue was that the breakfast area was a bit crowded during peak times, making it difficult to find a seat. It would be great if they could expand the dining area to accommodate more guests.

Great staff, clean room and free parking. Pleasantly surprised by the abundance of Christmas decorations and the delicious food. Highly recommend for those with neck issues as the pillows were great.

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, and the location is perfect - close to restaurants, by the lake, and in exit 36 area. The rooms are well-decorated with an awesome air purifier, and breakfast is included, which is definitely a plus.

Complimentary hot chocolate and candy canes were offered during the Christmas holiday. the location was close to the highway and made it easy to travel. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed.

The noise from the hallway made it difficult to sleep at night. the staff seemed disinterested in assisting guests at the front desk.

The fitness room and spa were undergoing remodeling during my stay.

Fabulous lobby and friendly staff. the newly decorated room was comfortable, attractive, and extremely large. the breakfast in the morning was great and the bar in the evening was entertaining. the outdoor sitting area was relaxing. Good restaurants nearby within walking distance. Great amenities and a nice little gym area.

The breakfast bar on weekends didn't open early enough for those with early events to attend. the freeway traffic noise and noise from other guests in the hall late at night was bothersome.

Nice extras like mini fridge and Airespa. The hotel is just minutes away from Lake Norman. The service was great and the wait staff took good care of us. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Mooresville. The service was excellent - we requested plates and silverware and they arrived within minutes, without a second call. The breakfast was good, although there was some confusion about the made-to-order eggs. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family trip. We will definitely be staying here again when we pass through Mooresville. I highly recommend this hotel.
