The staff, especially Meredith, was incredibly pleasant and helpful. com. The room, dinner and bar area, and entryway were all outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and the bartender was attentive and busy.

The location was great, as it was fairly close to the Freelander Theater. The parking was convenient, and the hotel had transportation options available. I had a fantastic stay.

This hotel offers great value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The location is fantastic, as it is not only close to downtown Wooster, but also convenient for visiting the local Amish communities. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities were all present and the rooms were clean and beneficial, allowing others to sleep undisturbed while I was up. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The lighting in the evening hours could be improved.

My husband and I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for a night out near Amish country. The lobby and room were clean, and the bed was comfortable for me. The hotel offers a jacuzzi tub in the room, which I was excited about. However, there were a few cleanliness issues with streaky mirrors and a shower door covered in hard water stains. The biggest disappointment was finding red flakes in the water when I used the tub. It made me question the cleanliness of the tub and I chose not to use it. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and tried to rectify any issues we had. I would recommend this hotel for its location and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel was conveniently located in a quiet area just off the main street, making it a great choice for anyone attending events at nearby colleges or exploring the historic downtown area. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and made the stay enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for relaxation.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the shower in the bathroom had some temperature control issues, making it difficult to find the perfect water temperature.

This hotel is definitely worth the money. The spacious lobby area and clean, comfortable rooms are impressive. They provide refreshing drinks in the lobby and the staff is super helpful and professional. It's located on the outskirts of the city in a quiet area, which gives a peaceful vibe to it.

All in all, this hotel seemed pretty much perfect!

I appreciated the addition of USB ports and plugs for all the tech gadgets. the hotel's proximity to a gas station and chain restaurants in a shopping area was convenient.

The breakfast option offered was a bit pricey at 10 dollars for standard breakfast items. Additionally, I came across some issues in the bathtub, which seemed rusty and had something on the bottom that felt uncomfortable.
