The sitting area was a nice addition to the room, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the garden furniture outside, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, although we would have liked to see a wider selection available. While the am/fm alarm clock was a useful amenity, we did encounter some difficulties with the direct dial telephone in our room. It seemed to have some technical issues, making it challenging to make calls. The curtains in the room needed some attention, as they were a bit worn and did not fully block out the light. We utilized the dry cleaning service during our stay, and while the service was prompt, we found it to be a bit pricey. Housekeeping did a decent job overall, but there were times when they missed certain areas in the room that needed attention. The on-site shops and commercial services were convenient for picking up any essentials we may have forgotten to pack. we found the laundry service to be a bit slow, causing delays in getting our clothes cleaned. Valet parking was efficient, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. The tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel staff was helpful in planning our activities during our stay. our experience at Grand Vacations had its ups and downs.

During our stay in Las Vegas for a fun getaway, we found the location of the hotel to be perfect for those looking to escape the chaos of the Strip. The room was very comfortable with family-friendly facilities and beautiful mountain views from every window, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The absence of a casino on-site was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall peaceful ambiance. The hotel was fab, not smack dab in the noisy strip but still close enough for a quick Uber ride to the big casinos. The pool was just right temp, and the mini mart below had tasty pizza and a good beer stash. The text concierge was handy, and the staff were so friendly. The suite felt like a proper apartment with a full kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The pool was chill and the staff were top-notch. Just a tad more veg options in the market would've been nice! 🌟
